Our workouts are generated through a safety engine that checks for red flags like heavy overhead work while binding, too-aggressive loading early in post-op recovery, or exercise volumes that don't match your experience level.

Lived experience as a requirement, not an afterthought

Research is essential, but it doesn't capture everything. That's why we actively collect feedback from trans and non-binary athletes and coaches. When something feels off, dysphoria-spiking, or just unrealistic, we adjust. The app learns with you, not just about you.

Onboarding asks about pronouns, identity, HRT status, binder use, surgery status, and training experience, in plain language and on your terms.

Get a workout that respects what you told us

Your session adapts to binder days, energy swings on HRT, and post-op stages. Exercises are tagged with safety badges, for example binder friendly, post-top safe, or lower dysphoria focus.

Give fast feedback, so it learns with you

After each workout, you tap a simple check in, too easy, about right, or too hard, plus whether it felt gender affirming or dysphoria triggering. That feedback shapes how we evolve the app.
